Since you write in this blog in English, here my observations. In all those consideration bout possibly negotiations between the government and the opposition, the current situation has to be considered: Now, May 2016, the government of Venezuela has lost its "geopolitical hinterland": Brasil is gone, Ecuador has the earthquake problem, in Bolivia the government is under siege both by the USA & NATO as well as their "izquierda falsa" (false left manipulated from Germany), and the personal issue around Evo's private affairs, Cuba is working on broadening support in Washington for end of the embargo, Vietnam is drifting towards NATO-Asia. Thus the elements in the opposition who would prefer a settlement for their comfort right now and calculate that a peaceful arrangement leaving the Chavistas as national element, could produce better numbers in the long run, rather then a big upsetting mess. As for Apporea - they have some German "friends" that need watching, because the "alemanes" will insist that the Chavistas keep painting themselves into a corner. The German "activists" have already mobilized their "idiotsas utiles" in Venezuela to squash the coal project proposed by the Chinese in Tajira, and the Arco Mineiro plan that would bring some critical cash in the near future.
