Today, Yellen in China warned the Chinese that their export of green energy products violates fair trade practices. But for the champions of capitalism the free market is sacred; it can’t be tampered with and when it is, everything is thrown into disarray. The U.S. economy has lost its competitive edge, for which Washington increasingly attempts to compensate through the use of political and military means. Washington is obsessed with the inability of the U.S. economy to compete with China in the supply chain for such products as electric vehicles, solar power, and batteries.
